Six Country Sunday

Six Country Sunday

Following breakfast in Belgium, after Sue and Alli managed to incur the wrath of the toilet attendant for not contributing 50. Cents to the desperately needed upkeep of the toilets we pushed on through Luxembourg to Germany.

We are through the Looking Glass.
We stopped off near Landau for a late lunch and were entertained by a coach party  of Germans with a guitar.

We hit the autobahn in high spirits, briefly stopping for fuel (£1:15 a litre for those rip-off-Britain watchers) and crossed the Austrian boarder at sunset, driving through the Alps to our hotel, missing the check in time by a cosy 4 & half hours.

We were taken pity on though, and we are tucked into our first destination, Innsbruck.

My personal highlight of the day are the robot arm toilets with a self cleaning seat. 70 cents well spent.
